Creating Goals....

How did you get on with your questions yesterday? I am very interested to hear about it! 
I hope you didn't lose any sleep over it! But then, soon you are going to sleep better then ever before... That's what naturally happens when you've got clear goals and direction in your life. Let me help you...

Going from yesterdays questions, create 2 or 3 goals which would really impact your life. Choose goals that get you excited, and are achievable within 6 months. (Help!mailto:mathilde.noordzy@gmail.com) Write down:

  3. Goal:.....                                                                     Due date:

Imagine yourself 6 months onwards. You've done it! You have achieved each of your goals. Write down how you feel having achieved each of these.

Also imagine yourself 6 months onwards, without any changes made...How do you feel about that?

Now, I realise this can be a bit confronting and daunting. However remember the excited feeling, stick with that. Tomorrow we will talk about HOW to work towards your goals.

I am already looking forward to it!
